The classes are kept are small (maximum is 6) so that each student has the opportunity to receive individualized attention. Students range in age from 20's to 70's, some are young and resilient and want assistance to go that extra mile. Others have limitations (MS, arthritis, fibromyalgia, car injuries etc.) and together we find ways to maximize benefits using props or modifications to the position or movement.
